Prestoclinic software · by Cajuice

Your clinic books, confirms and refills cancellations on its own.

Presto is the system for small clinics that answers patients by text message at any hour, confirms every appointment the day before and offers a cancelled slot to whoever is waiting. Your front desk stays free for the people in the room.

How it works

  1. 1

    Patients book by text message

Morning or midnight, the patient texts the clinic's number. The assistant checks the real schedule, offers times and books. When the matter is clinical, it hands the conversation to a person.

  2. 2

    Confirmation goes out by itself

The day before, the patient confirms with a one-word reply. Whoever does not confirm is highlighted, so the front desk knows exactly who to call.

  3. 3

A cancelled slot never stays empty

Patients who want an earlier time join the waiting list. When someone cancels, the slot is offered in order, and the first to accept takes it.

The whole day on one screen

Who is arriving, who is late, who has been seen, and payment at the desk. It works on a phone, too.

Dressed like your clinic

Paper, Chestnut or Slate. The clinic picks a palette and the whole system wears it, from the front desk to the patient's booking page.

And the rest comes along

Medical records, payments and splits between professionals, a patient portal, a booking page for Instagram and Google, and a dashboard with your no-show rate month by month. One system, so the clinic does not need another.
